I too was rather suspicious that these were not genuine comments, but please rest assured that this one certainly is - as I am sure are the others! I was also wary about payment through Western Union, but had no trouble paying online, although I had to call WU to confirm my details and ID before they would process my Credit Card. This went through quickly. Now to Bill's service - our requirements were a little complex and technical, but Bill gave us great support to iron out the minor problems we had with the trial emulators. I now have my full time emulators stored and they are working perfectly. I can now keep my dongles in my safe, as to replace them would be VERY expensive. This is a good value insurance, if nothing else ! Thanks again Bill. ps. I have another 5 dongle controlled software systems hat need the same treatment - I know who I will be using. pps. Great!!! At last, thanks to this valuable service, I succeeded in having my dongle emulated! Now I can run my software in my various machines with no need to re-connect the USB key every time.
