I have been using program with LPT key dongle for the last several years. I found Softkey Solutions when I searched for an updated Sentinal driver for Windows Vista and Windows 7. As I read their Website I decided to give it a try so that I could move my program to a newer computer that does not have an LPT port. I followed their instructions and sent them the dump file of the Dongle and had a trial version the next morning. I loaded it on both the old and new machine and the program works as it should. I have now retired the old computer and have all my programs and data on the one machine. The price was discounted for prompt purchase and I was up and running in less than 24 hours. I am a Lawyer and I use a program to find out case laws. I had to carry the dongle from office to home and sometimes I would forget the dongle in the office and if I had to do the research at home, it was so frustrating. I got the right solution here and Bill was so prompt with his reply and when I informed him about the actual price of the software he gave me heavy discount. I don't think that in anyway dongle emulator is illegal if you are the licensed owner of the program. Added: December 17, 2009 |
