I lose about 1 memory stick per month. I knew it was just a matter of time before I lost the USB dongle for my programming software. Was pessimistic about the service but was in need of running my program without dongle in case of dongle failure. Already had to repurchase same software due to dongle failure before. What a fantastic service you provide! We have two dongle-protected applications that use parallel dongles. One Sentinel and the other Hasp. Within two days, we have transformed the old dongles to emulated dongles and can move the applications to new computers. (that don't have parallel ports!). Bill has been fantastic to work with.
